7th Annual Blackhawk Hockey Golf Tournament

11:00am CDT - 7:00pm CDT July 13th, 2012
Registration at 11:00 am Shotgun Start at noon Complete package is $75.00 per Golfer or $300.00 per Team. This will be a 4-Person Best Ball Scramble. Golf Package includes: 18 holes, green fees, cart, meal, silent auction, and a door prize for each golfer. You may sponsor a hole for an additional $100.00. Sponsors will be recognized at the Tournament as well as in the newspapers.
